Reflection:
Here is my Affective Assessment for the flutter kick. I broke down the performance of the skill on a scale from 1-4, with 4 being mastery of the skill. In my assessments, it is clearly stated as to what I am looking for in their kicking, along with what I am looking for when they are working in the pool since they will be sharing the space with 20 other students. As a teacher you have to very specific as to what you are looking for when doing these assessments since if you leave one little detail out then the students may not know what you are looking for.
